BIOGRAPHY:

Brian earned his Juris Doctorate from the University Oklahoma College of Law in 2018. Over the next two and a half years, Brian represented clients with tax disputes with the IRS, and tried cases before administrative law judges and the United States Tax Court.

Brian joined the Rode Law Firm in July of 2021. Brian always wanted to be a trial lawyer because he has a strong desire to help people. At the Rode Law Firm, Brian relishes the opportunity to help clients recover their property damage, recover from their injuries, and recover financially. Brian applies his positive attitude and energy into each case.

Within six months of working at the Rode Law Firm, Brian second-chaired his first jury trial in Tulsa County District Court.

In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and friends, participating in trivia nights, and watching sports.
