STEPHAN A. WANGSGARD – ATTORNEY

BIOGRAPHY:

Stephan earned his Juris Doctorate from University of Tulsa College of Law in 1996. Over the next 19 years, Stephan primarily worked as a litigation attorney in Insurance Defense defending insureds and insurance companies in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage, breach of contract and bad faith. For approximately 7 years he served as a litigation attorney for the City of Tulsa defending the City and its employees in state and federal courts involving cases ranging from constitutional claims, including use of deadly force by police officers, to motor vehicle accidents to wrongful death and breach of contract.

Stephan has first-chaired and second-chaired numerous jury trials in courts throughout the State of Oklahoma.

Stephan joined the Rode Law Firm in October 2023. At the Rode Law Firm, Stephan enjoys the opportunity to help clients recover their property damage, recover from their injuries, and recover financially. Stephan applies his 28 years of litigation experience and energy into each case to obtain positive results for the Rode Law Firm’s clients.

In his free time, Stephan enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren, gardening, and watching sports.
